Got a question? Maybe we can help!

Why an insurance restoration contractor instead of a general building contractor?

As an insurance restoration contractor, we specialize in repairing damage caused by unexpected life events. Whether it’s water, fire, storm or mold damage, Chase Creek is here to help. We work closely with insurance adjusters and understand the claim process through and through. We have a deep understanding of documenting damage, writing estimates using industry-standard software, and communicating effectively with carriers to help ensure fair coverage and faster approvals. Picking the right insurance restoration contractor means picking peace of mind, efficiency and expertise tailored to your situation.

What is the typical process for a property damage insurance claim?

After filing a claim with their insurance company, many people are unsure of what comes next. This is where Chase Creek comes in to walk you through the process. Our first priority is preventing any additional damage to your property. Services may include but are not limited to tarping a damaged roof, stopping a small plumbing leak or boarding windows or doors. Following the restoration services, our team will prepare a detailed estimate and submit it directly to your insurance company. Once they are completed, and insurance is approved, we’ll send you the necessary paperwork to authorize repairs. From there, our team will schedule and manage the repairs, keeping you informed throughout the entire process.

Don’t let the reconstruction process and insurance claims stress you out. Chase Creek Remodeling is here to guide you the entire way and restore your home to pre-loss condition.

What’s going on with my deductible?

An insurance deductible is the portion of the claim you’re responsible for paying out of pocket. Typically, this is applied once per claim, and the insurance company covers the remaining approved repair costs. If you are unsure about your deductible amount, or how it applies to your claim, your insurance carrier is the best source to find that information.

How long will it take to complete my repairs?

This is certainly one of the most common questions we receive, and the answer always varies depending on several factors.

For straight forward repairs, work may begin within 5-7 days after the restoration is complete. More complex projects that require permits, inspections, or other custom materials may take longer to begin. Throughout the remodeling process, our Project Managers will keep you and any other necessary party informed with concise communication and scheduling updates, so you always know what’s happening next.

Do I have to take time off from work for my repairs to be completed?

We know just how busy life gets, and it doesn’t just stop for property repairs. Most of our work will be scheduled during regular business hours, from Monday to Friday, which can be a challenge for some homeowners.

Here at Chase Creek Remodeling, we work around your personal schedule to ensure you are comfortable with the repairs in totality. We offer lockbox access for property owners who may not be available during the day. As licensed and insured professionals, we can complete work without requiring homeowners to be present.

How can I be sure?

When you choose Chase Creek Remodeling, you can rest assured knowing that our team treats every property with the same care and respect. Our team is committed to making sure your repair process is as seamless and stress-free as possible.
